The construction of the pipeline and the compressor stations has been carried out under close supervision of two internationally renowned classification companies.
The international Classification Society Bureau Veritas, with its seat in Paris and an independent branch office operating in Poland, has been supervising the construction of the pipeline.
Polski Rejestr Statków (The Polish Register of Ships)
- a Polish institution specialising in engineering supervision of industrial projects - has been responsible for overseeing the construction of the compressors at Kondratki and Włocławek.
Due to their sound knowledge of the local area and local technical capabilities, specialised teams of the Principal Technical Organisation (NOT) of Włocławek and Białystok have been deployed to supervise the construction of the external infrastructure for the compressor stations (access roads, power and telecommunication lines).
