REMIT

Pursuant to Art. 4 para.1of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 1227/2011 dated October 25, 2011, on the Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT), an obligation of disclosing so called “inside information” that refers to, among other things, capabilities and utilisation of installations used for natural gas transmission including also both scheduled and unscheduled unavailability of those installations to the public, has been imposed on participants of the wholesale energy market who conclude transactions that are subject to the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators.

As the operator of the Polish length of the Yamal-Western Europe gas pipeline the GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. publishes the following on the current basis:

a) on the Gas Inside Information Platform – information referring to both scheduled works and unscheduled events affecting, among other things, functioning of the System of Transit Gas Pipelines,
b) on its website, under the Data Transparency tab – standardised publications in accordance with the Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on conditions for access to the natural gas transmission networks and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1775/2005

In 2011, 2014, 2017 and 2021, the Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) was certifying the Integrated Management System (ZSZ) proving that the Company, by establishing the ZSZ Policy and goals arising from it has been effectively taking care of quality, the environment as well as occupational health and safety, in order to meet fully requirements referring to conditions for service rendering set forth in contracts with our customers. Moreover, this contributes to ensuring both satisfaction and benefits to organisations participating in this process. The Certificate for the Integrated Management System previously granted to the Company will expire on February 17, 2023.
